The RR was modified to allow a seller to require a buyer to sign a contingency removal form prepared by seller as a condition of the seller’s total or partial agreement to the buyer’s requests. This addition alleviates the need to use a RRRR form to respond to the buyer in that situation. The RRRR form was modified to remove the brokers from the buyer’s agreement to release the seller from liability. This change was made because the brokers are not parties to the RRRR form.
