Added language that seller has no obligation to sign escrow instruction or incur costs prior to court confirmation, when paragraph 4 applies. Added language to comply with probate court requirements that buyer designate manner of taking title (vesting). Removed individual paragraph references to primary contract documents for liquidated damages,
mediation and arbitration and replace with paragraph simply deleting those paragraphs by name.
