Form CFPB, Disclosure Of Potential Eviction Protections

Forms are hard copy only and not provided digitally. All sales on single forms are final.

The Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) has issued an Interim Final Rule impacting certain persons, such as real estate agents and attorneys acting on behalf of a landlord or property owner, seeking to evict residential tenants for non-payment of rent. These persons must provide the tenants with a disclosure that the tenants may have rights under an eviction moratorium order issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The CDC order may protect you (tenant or occupant) from temporarily being evicted or removed from the premises.
