Real Estate Professional's Tax Record was designed by CPAs for use by a real estate salesperson to record and summarize business expenses for income tax reporting purposes. While it contains many sections useful to a real estate broker to document his or her auto use and entertainment expenses, it does not represent an adequate accounting system for the operation of a brokerage office.
