This form to be used when an agent working with a buyer wants to or needs to terminate an agency relationship. It can be used by a broker whose purchaser is acquiring new construction and the broker will only be collecting a referral fee, or possibly by a broker who determines that a prospective buyer’s wants, needs or demands are incompatible with the broker’s standards and business practice and therefore the broker cannot continue working for the buyer anymore.
