This form is used in a situation where a tenant requests an inspection prior to moving out of the property so that the tenant can have an opportunity (where consistent with the rental agreement) to repair defects or deficiencies in order to avoid deductions from tenant's security deposit.
PMOI includes language to allow for return of security deposit and statement regarding use of security deposit to be made electronically.
